Circular Technical Fabrics
We can produce several different kinds of circular technical fabrics including: Single Knitting, Interlock, Crepe, Pique, etc.
Our products are used as support for coating, lamination, flocking or foaming.
Scrimtech also has our own finishing plant, where we are able to finish the products and apply various treatments such as: water repellent, flame retardant, anti-dust mites, antibacterial, anti-bed bugs and more.
Scrimtech provides support in a wide variety of industries including: automotive, seating, footwear, health care, furniture, home textiles, artificial leather, PVC, upholstery, uniforms, etc.
Technical Specifications
The technical characteristics of our articles are adaptable to the needs of our clients: elongation, blocking, resistance to breakage, shrinkage, % oil, etc.
Additionally, we have our own laboratory to carry out all the tests in order to ensure our articles meet all of the technical specifications required before each shipment.
We conduct the following tests:
- Elongation at break in each direction
- Thinckness
- Weight per sqm
- Shrinkage in oven
- Spray-test
- Tear strength
We have also partnered with Aitex laboratory to carry out further specification testing when needed.
